1. Eligibility. ILS Instant Win (the "Game") is open to legal residents of countries other than the Excluded Countries (as defined in the next sentence) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of participation in the Game.  Residents of the countries of Afghanistan, Iraq, Japan, Libya, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Philippines, South Africa and the United States (the "Excluded Countries") are ineligible to participate. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and employees of all companies engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Game and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate. The Game begins at 12:01 pm, GMT, February 16,2013 and ends at 11:59 pm, GMT, July 15,2013 (the "Promotion Period"); provided, however, that Sponsor reserves the right to end the Promotion Period once there have been 25,000 plays. By participating, you agree to these official Rules and the decisions of the judges, administrators and Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. In addition, participants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all coordinating agencies from any and all liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation, and the acceptance and use of any prize. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How To Participate. During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.ilslotto.net/instantwin/ and follow the on-screen instructions on the registration page to participate in the Game. After submitting the required registration information (which will consist of first name, last name and a valid email address), participants will receive their game pieces containing a hidden message and will be provided with instructions on how to reveal their prizes by moving an online decoding device over their game pieces. The hidden messages will inform participants whether or not they have Instant-win prize winning game pieces and what prizes they have won, subject to verification and redemption as described in these Rules.

3. Limit On Game Participation. Over the course of the Promotion Period, there is a limit of a maximum of one (1) game play per person, immediate family, household, dwelling, street address, home computer, e-mail address or account, phone line or account, DSL line or account, or cable line or account (or the equivalent of any of the foregoing); provided, however, that participants can receive up to three additional chances to play for eligible referrals using the Refer-A-Friend option described in these Rules. If any game play or entry into the Game has been made in violation of the terms of the previous sentence, then Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify the entrant and any such entry from any of the foregoing sources from participation in the Game. Any participant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to play multiple times, will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Game after there have been 25,000 plays.

4. Refer-A-Friend Option. Game participants have the option of notifying up to three (3) friends about the Game and those friends will receive an email invitation to participate.  Referring participants will receive an additional play in the Game for each Refer-A-Friend invitee who actually participates in the Game and confirms having provided a valid email address, and Refer-A-Friend Participants will participate the same way as other participants.

5. Instant-Win Prizes/Approximate Retail Value "ARV"/Odds. The chart below details the prizes available during the Promotion Period and their respective approximate retail values:

*Quantities are set based upon an estimated 25,000 Plays over the Promotion Period and the Cash Draw and Gift Card numbers will increase proportionately if actual plays exceed the estimates.

**The $5 Gift card is available for only one use, regardless of the number of times this prize is won.

6. To Claim An Instant-Win Prize. If a participant's game piece contains an Instant-Win prize-winning message, the participant will receive an e-mail from the Sponsor confirming the Instant-Win prize which will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the participant when registering. Prize winning participants receiving a prize notification e-mail must reply within five (5) days confirming their acceptance of the Instant-Win prize or such participants will be disqualified and their prizes will be forfeited. Any prize notification e-mail sent by the Sponsor that is returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification of the participant using that email address. Sponsor is not responsible for prize notification e-mails that are restricted, returned or banned by participants' firewalls, spam-protection programs or by participants' e-mail delivery settings or for any other reason. Allow 2-3 weeks for prize delivery.

7. Conditions of Participation. Participants are solely responsible for participating in the Game and redeeming prizes by 11:59 pm, GMT, December 31,2013. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned prior to award of prize. Certain prize winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form/Advertising Consent Form within five (5) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance with this time period may result in disqualification. Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Games are subject to all applicable laws and restrictions. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If permission is given by participants, names and email addresses of participants may be used for future marketing solicitations by Sponsor.

8. Verification. All game materials are subject to verification. Game materials are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels or if any part is counterfeited, illegible, mutilated, or tampered with in any way. Sponsor is not responsible for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or incomplete or garbled computer transmissions which might limit a participant's ability to participate in the Game. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Game or disqualify a participant if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Game as determined by the Sponsor. If due to a programming or Game administration error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded in accordance with these Rules, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. IMPORTANT: ANY ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OR VIOLATE THE RULES IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS GAME WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW AT SPONSOR'S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY INVESTIGATION INTO THE ELIGIBILITY OF A PARTICIPANT OR GAME PLAY AND DELAY THE AWARD OF ANY PRIZE DURING THE INVESTIGATION FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME IT DEEMS NECESSARY AND PENDING THE RECEIPT OF ANY AND ALL INFORMATION IT DEEMS NECESSARY. IF SPONSOR SUSPECTS ANY PARTICIPANT OF ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD OR VIOLATE THE RULES IN ANY WAY, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY THAT PARTICIPANT FROM THIS PROMOTION.

9. List of Prize Winners. Names of all winners of Instant-Win prizes with a retail value of $5 or more will be available after the termination of the Game. To receive a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope accompanied by a signed, hand-printed request to "ILS Instant Win Winner's List", 11 G Lower Dorset Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. All requests must be received by 11:59 pm, GMT, December 31,2013.

10. Sponsor. International Lottery Subscriptions, 11 G Lower Dorset Street, Dublin 1, Ireland.

11. Opt-out. To elect to have an individual's name excluded from all lists used by Sponsor to mail skill contests or sweepstakes, submit a removal request to: “ILS Instant Win Removal List", 11 G Lower Dorset Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. Please list your name and full mailing address in the removal request.
